Most Nepali companies buy their bags from one vendor, their diaries from another, their uniforms from a third and their awards from a fourth — paying setup and freight four times and ending up with four interpretations of their own brand colour. The corridor runs both ways.
Nepali-manufactured goods enter India at zero basic customs duty under the Indo-Nepal Treaty of Trade — hemp and allo bags, felt, lokta paper, pashmina, carpets. IGST still applies, so duty-free is not tax-free. This access is bilateral rather than LDC-linked, so it survives Nepal's LDC graduation.
For Nepali makers, the barrier has never been the tariff. It is needing an Indian importer code, GST registration, a warehouse and a sales channel. For Nepali corporate buyers, the same range is a genuinely local premium gift option.

What is the minimum order quantity?
From 50 pieces. Laptop, gym and duffle bags start at 50; backpacks and sling bags at 100; tote bags at 200; corporate drinkware and apparel at 100; trophies at 25.
How quickly do you quote?
Within 24 hours of receiving your specification. Full delivery runs three to six weeks from approved sample, covering production, customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
Yes, to all 77 districts. Give us the delivery district at quote stage so transport is inside the quoted price rather than added afterwards.
Who handles customs duty and VAT?
We do. Nepal charges customs duty of 0–80% plus 13% VAT on CIF value, and India-origin goods receive a preferential rebate off the MFN rate under the Treaty of Trade. Our quote is a delivered price with those costs already inside it.
