Our trade desk, customs handling and delivery network are in Nepal. We are not a factory in Kathmandu, and we would rather say that plainly than have a client discover it.

Why we changed what we call ourselves
Our earlier positioning described us as Nepal's premier custom bag manufacturer. Manufacturing sits in India. That is a completely normal import-and-brand model, but the claim as written was a liability: if a client discovers the gap themselves, it costs trust that no amount of design can buy back.
So the claim is now the one we can defend in a room: Nepal's trusted custom bag and corporate merchandise supplier — manufactured to spec, customs handled, delivered to all 77 districts. It leads on the two things that are genuinely hard and genuinely ours: a manufacturing network across India, and a cleared, staffed, Nepali-language trade lane with last-mile delivery.
It also makes our Nepal-made Himalayan Range land as a real differentiator rather than a contradiction.

One desk, two sides of the border
The manufacturing and sourcing relationships sit in India, together with the Indian side of the export documentation. The trade desk, the import clearance and the delivery network sit in Nepal. You deal with one desk across both.
Indo-Nepal Treaty of Trade
The bilateral agreement governing India–Nepal trade. It grants Nepali-manufactured goods duty-free entry into India on a non-reciprocal basis, subject to a Certificate of Origin, 30% domestic value addition and a change in HS classification at four-digit level, and gives India-origin goods a preferential rebate off Nepal's MFN rates. Because it is bilateral rather than LDC-linked, it survives Nepal's LDC graduation.
Allo fibre
The bast fibre of the Himalayan giant nettle (Girardinia diversifolia), hand-processed in Nepal's mid-hills and spun into a coarse, exceptionally strong yarn used for bags, backpacks and textiles. Among the strongest natural fibres known.
Lokta paper
Handmade Nepali paper produced from the inner bark of high-altitude Daphne shrubs. Naturally resistant to insects and mildew, which is why Nepali government records were historically kept on it. Used for journals, gift boxes and wrap.
Chhurpi
A hard Himalayan cheese traditionally made from yak or chauri milk. Now commercialised as a pet-chew export: Nepal exported NPR 4.19 billion of dog chew made from chhurpi in FY 2025/26, according to the Department of Customs.

How the route actually runs
Goods are consolidated in India, moved to the border, cleared, and delivered onward to your district. Most of our volume runs through Raxaul–Birgunj, which handled roughly 46.9% of Nepal's total import value in FY 2025/26 according to the Department of Customs. Sunauli–Bhairahawa and Jogbani–Biratnagar are the alternates, chosen by where the goods are going rather than by preference.
Bilateral India–Nepal trade settles in Indian rupees and the Nepalese rupee is pegged at 1.60 to the Indian rupee, so there is no exchange-rate movement between quote and delivery. Nepal charges customs duty of 0% to 80% plus 13% VAT on CIF value; India-origin goods get a preferential rebate off the MFN rate, which is a reduction rather than an exemption.
