Events & Promotions
Event and promotional buyers work to a fixed date that cannot move, which makes lead time the binding constraint rather than price. A delegate kit bundles five product lines into one SKU with a single per-head price.

What events & promotions buyers order, and when
Give us the event date first and the budget second. Four weeks is comfortable, three is tight, and under three we will tell you honestly which items can still make it and which cannot.

Questions from events & promotions buyers
What is the minimum order for events & promotions in Nepal?
Minimums are set per product, not per industry: 25 pieces for trophies, 50 for laptop, gym and duffle bags, 100 for backpacks, drinkware and apparel, 200 for totes and diaries, 1,000 for packaging. Mixed orders ship as one consignment.
Do you deliver to our branches or sites outside Kathmandu?
Yes, to all 77 districts. Give us the district list at quote stage and the delivery cost sits inside the quoted price rather than appearing afterwards.
How far ahead should we place the order?
Allow three to six weeks from approved sample, plus about a week for the sample itself. For a fixed date — a session start, an event, a festival — work backwards from that date and add a fortnight of buffer.
Tell us what you need and how many.
A delivered price within 24 hours. Sample before production. No commitment at any stage.
